앱에서 바로 삭제
- RAON 앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 ⋮ → 설정
- 계정 → 계정 삭제
- 확인을 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없다면, 가입한 이메일로 songodinfo1@gmail.com 에 '계정 삭제 요청'을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 7일 안에 삭제하고 알려 드립니다.
삭제되는 것
- 모든 회의록·강의노트·요약본·한 줄 요약, 음성 인식 문장
- 공유 링크(바로 열리지 않게 됨)
- 모든 기기의 로그인, 이메일·이름·비밀번호
남는 것
- 사람을 알아볼 수 없는 계정 식별 해시와 사용 시간 기록 — 같은 계정으로 다시 가입해 무료 시간을 반복해 받는 것을 막기 위해서입니다.
- 서버 접속 기록은 최대 30일 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.
Delete your RAON LiveNote account
In the app: open RAON → ⋮ (top right) → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.
If you can't use the app, email songodinfo1@gmail.com from your sign-up email. We delete it within 7 days after verifying it is you.
Deleted: all minutes, notes, summaries and transcripts; share links; sign-ins on all devices; email, name and password.
Kept: a non-identifying account hash and usage time (to prevent repeated free-trial abuse). Server logs are deleted after at most 30 days.
